2008年6月13日，宽窄巷子建成开街，标志着中国最成功历史文化街区改造项目诞生。
2011年，清华大学建筑学院、北京清华安地建筑设计顾问有限责任公司一群志向相投的实力设计师组成的黄靖联合建筑设计（北京）有限公司成立。
 我们致力于长期跟踪研究互联网时代的旅游市场消费主体及相关特征、传统文化与旅游项目融合的创新性设计，探究古城、历史街区、文化实体在现代城市及文化旅游项目上的延续方式，如何将时间维度上的过去向未来延伸，让更多人都可以感知文化。
我们聚焦文化旅游行业，为客户提供从项目前期策划研究、规划设计、建筑设计、景观设计、室内设计等一体化的服务内容，我们的工作目标便是为每一个项目都创造一个与众不同的场景。
2018年，团队成立重庆公司。

On June 13th, 2008, Kuan & Zhai Alley finished its construction, which marks the birth of the most successful reconstruction in a historical conservation district in China. In 2011, a group of gifted architects and designers that share the same will and goals, founded Huangjing Partners’ Association Architectural Design (Beijing) Co., Ltd. They came from the architecture department of Tsinghua University and Beijing Tsinghua Andi Architectural Design Consultant Co., Ltd.
We commit ourselves to research on the consuming subjects and its relative features in the tourism market and in the Information Age; we also commit to the innovative design of combining traditional culture and tourism. We devote ourselves to explore how to let historical towns, historical districts, and cultural entities be continued in modern cities and allow cultural-oriented tourism become experienced by many more people.
We focus on culture-oriented tourism field. We provide integrative services of project research, master planning, architectural design, landscape design, interior design and other related service. We aim to make every project distinctive.  
In 2018, the Corporation Limited Chongqing Branch was founded.
